Y’all remember the cronut phase we all went through, waking up so early all the plants are wet and what not just to get a taste of the mythical cronut. Well this time there’s a hybrid pastry worth lining up for and while it might be an affront to Profirio Diaz, this pastry is a French Mexican connection that you will not believe when you taste it. That’s because it’s a Concha cross bred with a French Croissant.
