He only had $3 to his name, but nothing was going to stop him.
In Utah, a young dreamer asked his mother for the grail of all sports cars, a Lamborghini. After being denied multiple times, our five-year-old hero took matters into his own hands – he “liberated” his mother’s SUV and headed to the place where Lamborghinis roam free: California. Some may call it a temper tantrum – and others would call it manifest destiny.
Okay, he actually got upset with his mom because she wouldn’t buy him a car because he’s 5 years old, so he took a joyride to try and buy one himself. Regardless of the minutia, you can’t help but respect this young man’s drive, or that he even made it on the freeway and pulled over when the cop lights flicked on like a model citizen! Obviously, we don’t condone children driving – but it seems like this little guy had some practice.
Here at LATV, we love supporting young entrepreneurs. This young man wasn’t out to break the law, he was simply chasing his dreams. When the officer pulled him over, he was reportedly swerving at around 30mph. As the officer approached, the kid was sitting on the edge of his seat so he could reach the brake pedal.
His story is that he left home after an argument with Mom, in which she told him she would not buy him a Lamborghini. He decided he'd take the car and go to California to buy one himself. He might have been short on the purchase amount, as he only had $3 dollars in his wallet.

If there’s a moral to this story, outside of not leaving your children alone with car keys, it’s to not let anything get in the way of your dreams. In all seriousness, we’re grateful that he has been safely returned home and was able to brighten everyone’s day in the process.
